Our Italian manufacturer was first established in the early 1940's. The company is still situated on the same site on the
outskirts of Naples. Their artisans have developed the Cocco-Ligator process. This takes the fibres from the inner layers of skin from the
Alligator or Crocodile, after using an heat process the skin is lacquered and finished to a high gloss. This is then attached to high quality
Italian leather by a special adhesive method.
These type of handbags are better known in the U.K. as Moc Croc Handbag or Mock Croc Handbag
We can assure you that nothing can compare with the look and feel of genuine crocodile leather, however, not everyone can
afford the real thing. These handbags are the most authentic we have ever seen - Bellissimo!
