Terms of Purchase

We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. This will include any product that has been listed at an incorrect price through photographical, typographical or error in pricing information which we receive from suppliers. Work-The-Markets Company and our subsidiary, exoticluxuryhandbags.com have the right to refuse or cancel any orders for handbags or bags listed at the incorrect price. We shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders even if we have given you confirmation or even if your credit card has been charged. Should your credit card have already been charged we will refund the value of the incorrect amount. If we do need to cancel your order we will keep you fully informed at all times, and where appropriate, offer you an alternative choice.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include V.A.T at the appropriate rate at that time. We reserve the right to amend prices should the rate of V.A.T change. The VAT charge to international customers living outside the E.U. (European Union) does not apply. your price is featured in brackets excluding VAT.
