Our Guarantee

We have taken great care to portray and describe our bags accurately, however, variations in hardware may become necessary during production. Colours do vary slightly from season to season. Wherever possible we will inform you of any changes at the time you place your order.

All bags that we stock are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us for details of how to proceed within 5 days of you receiving the handbag. Any item returned must be unused and in its original condition, with all security tags in place, and must be sent in the original package within 15 days of your purchase date. We shall exchange it or refund its purchase price at your request.

If you place a special order for a bag in an unusual colour we reserve the right to withdraw the guarantee if we feel the bag may be difficult to sell if it is returned. If this applies we will inform you at the time of your enquiry.

The total shipping and permit costs for returned goods are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not re-fundable, unless this involves damaged goods during transit whereby we will cover all costs.

Please also note: Unused and in its original condition means that there are no marks on the bag or any wear on the tags, including removing the tags. We do not sell used handbags or any other item that we sell. We will not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. exoticluxuryhandbags.com is not responsible for any item that is not returned to us in the manner described above.
